I can’t understand how people can laugh when someone falls?! Should people laugh when someone has an accident and is hit by a car? or someone falls from 3rd story building? How different is it when someone has an accident and falls down? And if it is the other way around, would you like someone to laugh at you when you fall and are being hurt? I think this miss usa is gorgeous and is so graceful and elegant even after she fell down. Good for her.
