Actually her jump lunges are pretty good. You can tell her knee isn’t going over her toe, and she is using her front heal to push her off. It’s her push-ups that are HORRIBLE. She needs to have her neck the normal extension of her spine, and not hanging down. It will hurt your back and neck, and take the work out of the core.
Her jump lunge form doesn’t seem correct. Is it just me?

stretching doesnt increase performance or reduce the chance of injury before exercise! read the papers on it… but it is important to warm up!

you can do the same exercises but by adding some weights to higher the difficulty level to gain more strength it’ll probably work… i also approve what YANSOH just wrote above you…

Yeah, I think this video is for toning up, not for losing weight. If you want to lose weight, I suggest you run/jog.
I’m not denying that this exercise works, but it seems like this only works for girls that are already skinny-and they’re just trying to keep in shape. It doesn’t seem like it would actually work for someone who actually NEEDS to lose some pounds.
